I had never experienced purchasing properties in auction before Barney Estates, I had dealings with Amiee following one of the live auctions. We walked through the entire contract together and she explained every clause and restriction within the pack. I have to give her credit, I would have been lost without this and I ended up with an incredible asset on my terms.I do not understand the negative reviews regarding legal documents. Everything you are buying is shown within the documents which I discussed before purchasing. I will definitely buy or sell a property via barneys again.

Just made my first land purchase, I was quite sceptical reading the other reviews but Patrick made me feel at ease from the outset. He sent me the legal pack and contract, called me and spent the best part of and hour talking me through the details, pointing out all the important clauses. We negotiated a few things with the seller and got a deal done. Really enjoyed the process, couldn’t of been more straightforward, would highly recommend taking Patrick up on the offer of doing a pre-auction purchase and letting him guide you through the process
