I had never purchased a parcel of land before, and had reservations about doing so. Jonathan was friendly, reassuring and knowledgable, and answered my many questions with patience and professionalism. I have no idea if the purchase price I offerred reflects 'good value for money', or how it compared to prices paid for neighbouring parcels, but I am very , very happy to own my' little piece of heaven', and the price I paid was worth it to me. I recently purchased just under and acre of land in Bishop Storford, I am very happy. Not only did Amiee guide me through the process as I have never purchased land before but she was a pleasure to deal with. She new I wanted to complete my purchase sooner than the vendor had previously intended and Amiee made this happen!
